Today’s workout was a little less intense. I wanted to try a different route in the neighborhood instead of overlapping a route. Turns out it was actually shorter than I thought! Oh well, I’ll eventually find a well paved path for myself.

50 crunches
50 bicycles (25 on each side)
50 Mason twists (25 on each side)
30 second plank
10 push ups 

It’s pretty clear where my priorities are! Need these flabby abs in shape by the start of summer!
